Really looking forward to the Norway game as we should see what formation/line up Traps will employ as i assume it will remain relativily the same for our opener against Georgia. Concerned at the lack of deaph at centre back and the presumable pairing of Dunne and O Shea as they have yet to play there under Traps. On a postive note i'm really looking forward to seeing how the two Reids play. By all accounts it seems Ireland will prob begin with a 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 depending on which paper you read. Therefore based on this i think Ireland will start with

Another alternative could see Doyle dropped with Whelan coming in at the centre, Keane leading the line ,and Andy Reid playing in the hole. Think we will def see O'Brien and Bruce given some game time due to our limited options at the back at the moment. Well thats how i see it what do ye think?

Murphy should only be given a chance when he starts putting a full shift in for us.

I know im English but it pains me to see him miss sitters every week that if he just put a little more effort in, would get a boat load more goals

This team is going to really struggle in the forthcoming qualifiers.
It is a lucky break that we don't have our 1st game in Georgia.

Im finding it hard to get enthused, Finnan is thrid choice, united fans taunt John o Shay with being....Duff hasnt played well since Jose made defensive...Doyle, Hunt plays in the championship..and there the good player

Looking forward to the qualifiers ... Bit disappointed Trap's have gone for Whelan in midfield over A.Reid ... Defo think this will be the same system we use against Georgia - and in the rest of our away games

Don't think it will be exciting but don't really care once we win ... Were not Chelsea, winning without style will do me fine ... Imagine doing a Greece

Would like to see Lawerence in the squad tho ... Had an amazing season last year ... Plus his delivery is brilliant ... That will be a very important area of our game especially with Duffer's ability to draw frees

Just looking at the BBC site, Is Finnan expected to play left & right back or am I just being pickey.....
