Giggs & Carrick add to United injury woes

We seem to be having all our bad luck at once! Adding to an already long list of injuries suspensions and withdrawals (Ronaldo, Tevez, Nani, Hargreaves, Saha, Anderson, Park ji sung) now we learn Carrick is out for 3 weeks with a swollen ankle and Giggs has a hamstring injury (both came off injured in the match today). Hopefully we can ride out these 1st few weeks with the reserves until players start coming back. Although our early season fixture list is quite tough!

Oh United feel threatened and run off to buy players and yet rant at Chelsea for buying...you pitiful hypocrites

Don't panic Cpl Jones. I'd be more worried if I supported Newcastle. Remember what happened last year? Drew first game against Reading at home, went on to win the Premiership AND European Championship, while Reading got relegated. Bad omens for King Kev!!!

London's finest club. United are allowed to buy players because we didn't try and buy the league.

Come back when your club has a history and you earn your success and fans.

we should never of sold Rossi, how useful would he of been right now? surely fergie should get him back, should activate his buy back clause, forget berba, and give Manucho a chance, save 20 odd million!!
-------------------------
But what about the irony that Rossi would still have missed the Newcastle match on Olympic duty?

Nice to see United fans never complain about having injuries/suspensions/international duty...

We're a graceful bunch. Team Spirit is better than quality at time. United will get the passion and team spirit back for the Portsmouth game.
