Since Nicky Butt left utd for Newcastle in almost every game between the two sides his committment was heavily questioned. On Sunday entering added on time he committed a total unnecessary foul on the edge of the area and on observing the TV replays it did look very very dodgy in fact it looked like he made the foul purposely,thankfully Rooney made a GAFFE of the free kick (doubt if Ronaldo woud have done) and justice was done however the fact remains that Nicky Butt still has priorities attached to his old club....

poor start again, but im not that worried.

we have been decimated by injuries, yesterday we had at least 200 million worth of players unavailable or injured early in the game.

any team will struggle without that many players. Saying that we wernt convincing and i agree that rooney was out of sorts again.

we cannot afford to dro-p behind this season, or chelsea will run away with it.

if man u lose or draw their next game is means that they really do need tevez and ronaldo. but with ronaldo injured for six weeks or so im not so sure if they'll be as good as last season

Am I the only one who thinks this is the first game of the season so comments like "losing ground on Chelsea" border on pointless ... End of October is the first time I even bother to have a proper look at the table to see who's who.

Without Ronaldo there is no show, no joy, no fight, no drama...

I think this will be Chelsea's year. They kept the same team adding the master genius Deco and Bosingwa. Pitty Mourinho is no longer at Chelsea as its looking more and more like his FC Porto. haha

I think Man Utd needs urgently another creative, another man for the show and the joy! Quaresma! What are you guys waiting for? And a striker... Id honestly go for Henry, if that would be possible. But soon Ronaldo will be fit again to score 40 more...

Regarding Anderson and Nani being work in progress as someone here said, I dont think so. I believe this is/has to be their year of affirmation in the first team.
