Can Tyrone go all the way?

comment on the article

Tyrone produced a brilliant performance to defy the bookies and beat Dublin in the All-Ireland football quarter-final.

Actually, they did not just beat the fancied Dubs - they absolutely hammered them.

An amazing 3-14 to 1-8 victory had the Ulster county's supporters singing in the rain at Croke Park.

Another superb Championship triumph for Mickey Harte and what about that man-of-the-match performance from captain Brian Dooher?

Will he be lifting the Sam Maguire in September?

On this performance, Tyrone will be expected to beat Wexford in the semi-finals?

So is a Kerry v Tyrone final on the cards? And can Tyrone add to their All-Irelands of 2003 and 2005?

Interesting to hear what all Mickey Hartes doubters have to say now.

A man vindicated in my opinion.

Of course Tyrone can go all the way but don't write off Wexford.

If they reach the final, then either Cork or Kerry stand between them and Sam.

Kerry must still be favourites but at this stage anything can happen

Unreal game at the weekend, really didn't think we had that type of performance in us but everything just clicked and it was like watching the glory days of '03 and '05 when there were runners supporting all over the place. Take nothing for granted though, Wexford have beat some good teams to get this far and if we let our minds wander about another possible meeting with Cork or Kerry we'll be caught out. We play like we did on Saturday though for another two games we could end up with our third title though

an exillerating performance from a fine tyrone team.As an antrim and ulster football fan i was at croke park cheering on mickey hartes lads.kevin mcstay and bernard flynn have been shown up as poor judges of what a good football team is. they let their blatantley anti-northern rhetoric blind their honest judgement.one things for sure is this tyrone team wont lie down to kerry the way the southern teams do at the final stages of the championship

Well done Tyrone.Dublin are a joke,i said at the start of the champ that as soon as they come up against a good side they will bottle it.Fair enough they were beaten by a better team on the day, but come on that performance was embarressing.I hope Mick Deegan gets the job now as i feel he will instantly have the respect of all the players as he was a great player in his day, also i think he will pick the team on current form and not what they have done in the past. How Ger Brennan was not in that team is beyond me, hes one of the best defenders we have, and Caffery picks absolute stockings like Paul Casey and Collie Moran who are both terrible defenders imo, o.k rant over, good look Tyrone and Wexford hope one of you win it now

as an antrim and ulster football fan i was at croke park to witness a very fine tyrone display.kevin mcstay and bernard flynn in my view allowed their inate anti-northern rhetoric blind them to the fact that tyrone are the only true opposition to kerry in ireland at the minute. the northern and to a lesser extent ulster teams wont lie down to kerry and dublin the way their southern counterparts do at the tailend of the c,ship each year.
