Gutted we lost faye.

He is a good strong defender, he was our 2nd best defender last season, Beye was slightly better.

This is a really good signing and I'm not sure why we are selling him. As another poster mentions, however, the other Faye you have signed is absolutely useless.

quality defender you've taken from us. tall and strong, reads the game pretty well. think hes now in his 30s but he should still have a good 3 or 4 seasons left in him at least.

we had Amdy Faye aswell and he wasnt too super but he might be for you so dont write him off till hes played for you.

I'm sad to see him go, I really thought he was our best CB. I mean no offense by this but... WHY did he move? Personal reasons?

Class signing for stoke, there is no better defender available for that price. He is solid in both CB and DM.

I, for one, will miss him.

hi the man etc,faye said he wanted a move back to the north west,so a good move for stoke at a reasonable price by todays standards.

You've grabbed a bargain there lads, Really good player, hes big and he's solid.

I think Keegans made a bad decision in selling him, and he will do well for you.

How will Pulis field these two players at the same time? I can't recall ever seeing two players with the same surname AND initial! Could be a good rouse to confuse some refs maybe?
