In your rant there Liverbird did you not take your own advice and read MY original comment? I posted it 4 days ago and referred to one of Burnabbles more stupid posts?

I think you should have a look mate, its a reasonable post, ok at the end I called Burnabbles a deluded L'fool fan (or something like that) but that was after reading his insulting post (which I sugggest you do).

And yes i do think it would be in the interest of both Villa and Liverpool fans if we all stuck to our 'own' board as it may stop all this petty squabbling between fans (which i for 1 am so fed up with its untrue)

I repeat what i said earlier, this thread is about if Barry should have played in our UEFA cup game 2 weeks ago tomorrow nothing else.

How/Why are you posting on it? (I really would like to know how it affects Liverpool or your fans)

And for your respect for Liverpool, you want to follow MON all the way, that's up to you. His tantrums in the press have been his doing and Rafa has kept out of it. You had a player who wanted to leave and your club stuck in a value of such proportion it was not acceptable, and they knew it to deter Barry from leaving. Nice. Then the hypocrite excuses Wenger for the same thing MON was gnashing at Rafa about!

My origional "stupid" post was a direct reply to someone elses insult, you decided however to jump on the bandwagon and churp up!

You keep asking why is this post of any interest to Liverpool fans, well come on mate read the post again and see where it mentions about barry possiby playing in a game that would alomst certainly close the door on a transfer to anfield!?! You can't possibly see why this would be of interest to Liverpool fans?

Also incase you didn't know as well as an article appearing on a spesific teams board it also appears on the Football 606 article lists! You know the BOLD FOOTBALL sign to the left if you click it you will see all sorts of articles! Maybe one will catch your eye to do with Milner, then will you be reading and perhaps commenting? God knows thats what 606 is all about!?!

You know the comment regarding Gerrards supposed transfer request? The.. I feel sorry for Barry? The actual first post!?!

The one following was the 2nd post, which I wrote as I have previously said, after reading various earlier bits of dribble about LFC! Then you decided to jump on the bandwagon!

Seriously go ahead, have a look, see how my first post was nice until I read the usual blah style crap you get from the likes of yourself!

Is this the same Gerrard that put in a transfer request but withdrew it once he 'protection' was withdrawn. Liverpool fans its 2008 not 1988 you are not a big club Arsenal Man U Chelsea Rangers and Celtic are bigger than you and that is in the UK alone

He didn't hand in a transfer request! Gerrard was told by the club had a fee they would let him go for and Chelsea would match it, £32m, and if he wanted to go he had to hand in a official, written, transfer request! Subsequently he did not hand in a written request and the deal did not go through! So therefore he did not hand in a transfer request!!!

As for Barry, I truly feel sorry for him that our owners and board do not think he is worth £18m! The fans don't either but we don't really have a say anyway! The truly sad thing is he wants to come, our manager wants him and this has damaged his reputation with his fans for the past 10 years! I hope it is sorted either way because Villa and Rafa both need this ending soon!

Liverpool are rubbish and their fans are the bottom of the barrel. Shame the old Liverpool fans (who were bought up in the glory days) are no longer there and the fans are all glory hunting plastic fans from anywhere but scouse land. Shame the club have stopped playing decent football in the past couple of seasons (they were actually quite nice to watch in Benitez' first couple of seasons, especially at home). Oh well maybe the greatestestest fanisses in the worrrld will turn their attention to Man Choo, I know there weren't any Liverpool fans at Villa park on Sunday, either that or they all had sore throats!
