Tottenham appear to be on the way to signing Arshavin and Im sure they won't pay over 20 million for him. Now nobody can say that Rafa made the right decision.

So how many good decisions has the great Arsene Wenger made gooner. So many supposed bright young things yet not won any silverware at all. Always full of promises. As for you man u imbeciles listen up. You barely won the cl. I really was pushing for chelsea anything for the arrogant ronaldo to fall flat on his face. And for the old mind games fergie to learn a lesson. Unfortunately none of that happened. And they did win. By the skin of their teeth though. If only terry had not slipped. Chelsea were the deserved winners of the CL in my eyes. aND In my eyes man u were the deserved winners of the premier league. Hands down they were the best prem team. i just hate how arrogant man u supporters always are. Never can they either keep their traps shut or actually give credit where it is due. I suggest if all they want to do is berate benitez or Keano go and look at the shit your supposed golden boy is always spewing. The fact that he openly says he wants to leave you and you still hang onto his coattails says it all really about you and about the old coot fergie

oh hoodbhoy, move on from the CL final, as a utd fan i feel the need to remind you that chelseas goal in it was a complete fluke and that van der saar didn't need to make a save all match. it was close but utd were the better team. now giving credit where its due - i think robbie keane is a good signing for you. so how do you like them apples?i have a question though. liverpools best 11 seems to me a 4-5-1 with kuyt and babel on right and left and gerrard, masch and alonso in the centre. in a 4-4-2, who will play on the right? surely not gerrard, benayoun? wouldn't it be better to get a quality right winger for £18M rather than barry? you could sell pennant then!anyway can't wait for the season to start, any liverpool supporters backing them for the title this year?

aSTROLL IN THE SUNSHINE.nO i WILL NOT GET over the cl final because I sinerely believe tha Chelsea deserved to win it at least on second half evidence. Man u deserved to win the prem but chelsea the cl. I will not change from that view. Now as for Liverpool winning this year no matter that I love Liverpool more than anything I am a realist still. NO I do not think they will win the prem this year at all. I still believe they need another strike partner for Torres, they need David villa. And a great midfield playmaker the type of Pirlo for MIlan. Plus they need an aout and out demonically fast winger. Untill they have these key components in place they might not win the prem but will always have a great chance for the CL. HOwever, I do not think Manu will win it either. far from it. the ronaldo sage has drawn too much out of your team , it is a slap in the face for fergie who lets face it considered ronaldo his long lost son. I think the best bet is Scolaris chelsea a man I have great regrard for. He is a brilliant tactician who has the ability to get the best out of his players. He always had that ability even with the egos of brazil.
ounds like you love chelsea more than liverpool mate, specially scolariand anyway this is about robbie keane!

Armband redNo you clot I do not like Chelsea more. However I like to be objective in my view points and not blinkered in my love for Liverpool. Yes for me they will always be my one and only. However, I just do not have the belief that they can win the PM league. Benitez does not have the tactical nous for it. Man u and chelsea are streets ahead. I believed it last year and the year before and they did horrible in it. However, when it comes to the CL it is another story entirely. He is the king of the cl WITH his tactics he is suited to Europe completely. I have high hopes that Liverpool will win the CL this year. Now as for your comments about me and my liking for Scolari hell yeah the guy in my book is a legend of a coach. England messed up big time in losing him. Capello is great but he is no scolari. Like for like he Scolari has better tactics. He will take chelsea that extra level. HOwever, for me LIVERPOOL now and forever but only for the cl not the prem.

HoodBhoySounds a bit like mixed feelings to me....I can apprecaite you admiring various managers etc, or players come to that, but your last comments include name calling a fellow LFC supporter and giving Liverpool no chance for this year, and slating Benitez off, well thats your perogative.Fact is that since Rafa came along, we hadnt had for years that much to shout about,The CL, which is where its realy at, we have beaten the best clubs in the world to get to consecutive finals & semi finals, as well as winning other trophies along the way.We also got our highest EPL points, and still didnt win the EPL,Last year, our Loss ration matched both CFC & Manu, we just drew a few more games, which lost us the points. We had two key players in Alonso & Agger out for most of the season, and still were up there, This says a lot for Bentitez (dont forget the management/owners issues) To suggest that Rafa has no idea is not quite fair. The Keane & poss Barry situation is a statement made about concentrating on the EPL.These two players would make the difference, where, in the past, we havent managed to close matches out, with these we can.I would like to see a closer EPL this season, and even though our strength in depth is still not as good as the top two, i think we are a lot closer each year.
personally im amazed that even though rafa has gotten us closer than we have done in ages in terms of points to the top of the league, we have donuts like hoodboy slating himand scolari....he won the world cup with brazil.... brazil always have been and always will be one of the strongest footballing teams going. what did scolari do with portugal in euros? he had a great team there and he did nothing with them yet he is "tactically superior" than benitez according the the hoodhelmotboyyou're a joke of a fan, and i bet you were one of the tools booing voronin when he came on for us friday night, don't EVER associate yourself as a fan of liverpoolfc fc you're a disgrace

i can't work out what the theme is within this article but many have always reiterated that we wont win the league under Rafa. Well we havent since 1989 and the managers that have passed have given it less effort than RB, which is why we feel, most of us, that he can do it and is edging closer. So the Man U fans mock us about it being our season, which I can recall being said for two seasons at the most. When you win the league coming from 2nd from bottom and five defeats, the actual quality is in the delivery in each game. Utd have done it more than anyone else but they were pushed strongly by Arsenal. We even touched the top for a short period and it showed we can do it if we really try. Having dropped so many points in draws rather than defeats, we have lacked that edge of winning games that have been left in the air, no one has scored or it's level and we constantly miss well-carved chances and do the hard work yet flounder on the finish. Not often enough. We should be beating teams more often being one of the top 4.Games like Birmingham at home 0-0, Spurs at home where they nearly took us 2-2, almost had Chelsea at home, drew 0- away, same with Arsenal, Villa at home just managing a draw in the end 2-2, losing to Boro and Reading away (and how), Blackburn 0-0 away, just dropping two points every time. People mock Voronin but not when we signed him. He has the potential to be a much better player, better striker and I hope he has been hurt enough to produce much better performances. Things need to get more competitive at LFC. The template is Man Utd, they have a nuber of coming youngsters, namely Campbell, Chris Eagles was another, they know the level they need to exceed to have a glimpse of a chance in the first team, even just the once.Rafa is doing well on the reserves and youth side, bringing in promising youngsters to nurture into stronger better players for the EPL, building from young. Pity they couldnt be more local lads but this will do for the interim.Keane is a good signing and I'm not quibbling too much about the price, he has shown goals, flair, tenacity and plenty of assists and to pull him away from the likes of Berbatov must have been something (no, not anything to do with tapping up! Jeeees). Good signing and I hope we go on to prosper because we want the title and Man Utd need to be thoroughly challenged now, along with London's top two.......and Chelsea!!Ha ha ha ha ha!! Only kidding. Along with anyone else, really. Time to show we are up there for good reason.

armband redOh I suppose God made you the authority over who is a liverpool fan and who is not. Well I def do not have to prove to a chump like you the extent of my love for liverpool. aS FOR ME BOOING Voronin, what are you smoking. It was probably you loser british yobs who indulged int hat behavior. After all the british are known for having the most football louts and hooligans in the world. aS FOR my beliefs about rafa. Mate I love rafa absolutely adore the guy . The cl performances of his have always been spectacular. But sorry to say he does not have the brains, the technical nous, the formation, the adaptability to win the Premier league. Sad but true . He just does not have it in him to master that format and the pace of thegame. Funny part is it is not just me who has been saying it. Your own so called experts be, it on Sky or bbc say the same about the guy. As for livepool drawing more matches than manu or chelsea mate that is exactly the problem. We started of so well last year we were creaming teams left right and center. WHat happened then. Slowly but surely we went of the boil. And could not hack it at the crucial points. Man that really hurt. Esp since I hate manu more than anything and they ended up winning. Terrible. As for scolar winning the world cup because he coached brazil. Pretty ignorant statement . What happened to brazil this year then mate? Same supposed genius brazilians could not hack it. The mark about a great coach is his ability to get the most out of his players and insipre them, MOurinho had it, scolari for sure has it and dare I say it Fergie is the best at it. As for being a disgrace armband red the only disgrace I believe is your MOTHER who gave birth to a twit such as you. Cheers
