Hulse/HendersonSheffield United by statto the blade (U2794178) 21 July 2008 We sold Hulse becauce of our vast amount of striker but in my opinion I think that after a full pre season Rob Hulse would have been back to his best. Yes Henderson may have scored more last season but didn't he play more?? Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

tcs_blade (U6462268) posted Jul 22, 2008 i am inclined to agree with Staboblade and say that the rob hulse we were trested to last season was not the player we saw during our premiership period. this was obviously one of blacwell's deciding factors in letting him go, (even though personally i would have prefered him to at least let hulse regain full fitness before making a final decision), and also it was always going to be hard to turn down a fee of almost £2m for a player who is potentially injury-prone.
