I forsee Djoko having serious problems against Youzhny in round 3. Youzhny 2-1 HH against Novak but 5-1 underdog at the bookies. Had I not put it all on Roger I'd venture this has upset written all over it winkeye

noleis,

Well I wouldn't go as far as saying he thrashed him, first set 7-6, second set one break made the difference. Yes Youzhny is a bit of a fairweather player at times, not surprised the second set wasn't as close.

Seems top 3 all in the QF!

Monfils vs Djokovic is interesting if Gael can play at his best.

It's interesting, I think Novak should come through but he's not playing as well as people are making out.

How funny that he's suddenly 'mentally weak' now. Even the commentary team were remarking how that loss at Queens knocked something out of him - not saying I agree. When someone wins they great – when they lose they’re finished but we’re in a fickle world.

Can't see Blake beating Federer even if the Swiss has one of his silly days. Don't know what's happened to Nalby - last year a world beater - this year an also ran.

Federer, Nadal and Djokovic should cruise through their quarter final matches. It's tough to call the Gonzalez Mathieu match but I would like Mathieu to get through as Gonzalez already has a medal. Fed should then get through to the final relatively easily. If the Djokovic Nadal match happens that should be a cracker. Nadal looks in fine form and gets really fired up when playing let alone when playing for his country and Djokovic may struggle with the conditions if the match is long. This should neutralise them and therefore it is anyones match. However, the Olympics has had its upsets so who knows. I would love to see Rafa win gold, Fed silver and Djokovic bronze. Vamos Rafa!
