England have become a very good side since fatboy got injured and there is no reason to change anything. Why on earth would we drop any of these current players? Collingwood is a very decent cricketer and if he is the one to be left out, then that surprises me. Keep the side as it is.

Great is what has been missing - great makes things happen on a slow Lords pitch. Broad had flashes of it, but he's a bit young yet and improving all the time. Sibo and Anderson rely heavily on swing - no swing no penetration and so they don't qualify as great yet. Colly has the wobbles and has to go for a period of recovery. Let Colly go. But let Sibo rest too - get Hoggy back and this will fire up both of them to compete for the place. Comment on this article |
