Heard a transfer whisper?

Premier League
comment on the article

Could it be that the transfer market is finally ready to kick into serious action?

Manchester United have apparently made a 20m bid for Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov - is he coming as Cristiano Ronaldo departs or will they both be at Old Trafford next season?

Would he be a good signing and where would he play with Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez also in United's attacking armoury?

And what's this? Arsenal ready to hijack Liverpool's bid for Gareth Barry?

Could this be true?

What do you think of the latest round of transfer gossip?

And go on, if you've heard a whisper let us know - don't keep it to yourself.

Apparently 2 bids on the table for Carson (Hull and WBA) but Benitez has offered him to Villa in the Barry deal and Spurs in the Keane deal.
Don't be suprised if Blackburn make a bid as Friedel is on his way to city.

I think Liverpool should sell Itandje (GK,no.30) to West Brom or Hull rather than Carson. Carson clearly has a better future and more experience. We should put on loan to West Brom or Hull, but defo not sell him. If loaned him to either club, he would gain much more experience. Kind of thing Man U did with Ben Foster. nahnah

Carson needs to go to Hull. WBA would be pointless because they already have a great keeper, to be honest, the offer from WBA is a load of rubbish!

"He's not fed up of Man Utd or SAF, and happymattbloke, are you still tryin to cause arguments on here, you low-life. Why would he be fed up when they have just wont the Champions League and Prem."

Hmm, strange how they won the double, yet can't keep their best player. He's going to Madrid. I know it, you know it, we all know it. Just let him go and get over it.

I think the transfers so far have been woeful to say the least. Man Utd should sign Berbatov from Spurs for about 18mil though it's up to the 2 clubs to agree an agreement. If he had a choice he would most likely go to united. With Barry he won't go to Arsenal if he dosen't go to Liverpool. HAHAHA Stoke? Their a joke! Coming up to the premier league was just a pure fluke and they'll be going straight down and they want Kitson for 4mil? Have they even got 4mil to spend? Bentley should move to get a better chance of european football and a regular starting role as an England midfielder. But ey? england are so crap at the moment anyone in the England squad could get in. I don't think Villa shall be parternering Torres up front at Liverpool he'll either stay at Valencia or go elsewere.
