Now can Wenger stay?Arsenal by The Prophet Bergkamp (U10688975) 06 July 2008 This is response to a earlier article and others. Wenger has done well in the recent times. Did I imagine the two cup finals and top 4 finishes? Was it my eyes playing tricks on me when Arsenal played brilliant football? For, Arsenal aren't in a dire finacial postion and if they were it wouldn't be Wenger's fault. Anyway, Wenger makes Arsenal play brilliant football which is entertaining, which is what I really want to see. I don't play money to see a 1-0 victory which was really boring, I want to see great football in all departments, even if the result ends up being nil-nil! GunnersCannonBall (U11131318) posted Jul 7, 2008 Wenger IS Arsenal, if he ever goes, no coach could ever replace him or accomplish what he has. He may get criticised over his transfer policy, but look at these example of clubs spending big money and where that player has failed to play well:

claribourton (U10325092) posted Jul 7, 2008 GoosePundits - as biased as you might be, there is clearly only 2 candidates for best manager in England title. One has won more titles but the other has won titles AND plays better football AND completely revolutionised English football AND is better in the transfer market - anyone can spend shedloads of money if they have it, that doesn't make you a good manager.
