GOSSIP COLUMN

comment on the article

Bring me sunshine, in your smile,
Bring me laughter, all the while,
And bring me gossip, on the BBC website.

Not quite the words of Eric and Ernie but here you go.

GOSSIP COLUMN

Usual protocol, let us know your thoughts and who you think should sign for your club.

Its really quite embarrasing the way some clubs and managers are behaving at the moment. Real with Ronaldo, and that buffoon Benitez with Barry, its pathetic.

I wasn't impressed by Nasri and I think Arsenal will really miss Flamini, leaving him out of the French squad was a mistake also. Chelsea look a very good bet to regain PL. Eto will join Drogba and Arshavin has declared his interest in joining.
Chelsea will offload five or six players and the Bridge will celebrate it's 3rd title in 5 years.

Something tells me that Aresanl and Barca will do an agreement over Adebayor sale, by getting the lockdown on Arshavin, and getting him to London. A very likely chance for this to happen. Or, Arsenal might just go for Pavlyuchenko, who is more skillful than Adebayor, and also has good fitness levels. He has a good physical presence as well.

"I wasn't impressed by Nasri"

Don't be. See my name? The Great man rates the boy highly, or maybe that's his diplomatic self showing up again. winkeye

LMAO isn't this a gossip column ?

Ah well ...

DELUDED Arsenal fans, Nasri is a good player but will only be as effective as Flamini was if not, worse probably. Because Flamini held and Cesc attacked, Cesc + Nasri = two attacking middie's.

Simple as my team (Manchester United) and Chelsea will be fighting it out once more although it will be close, but not as close as last year. It will be tough for United, as we are involved in 7 trophies !

According to a friend of my Girlfriends haidressers maid of honours daughter, Torres and Lahm were spotted at the home of Austria Vienna this week sparking rumours both/ either were about to sign for the Austrian club. Vienna apparently are a little strapped for cash and could only afford 1 so asked both to complete in a 50m race Torres inevitably won the race which was officaly adjudacated by Jens Lemon. Torres overjoyed by this Hurdled judge Lemon ran to the Vienna Hierachy slid on his knees and said to them who is yer daddy?
Expect the transfer to be completed in the next couple of days.
Remember where you heard this 1st.....

We dont want £15mn plus adds on for Barry as the add ons will probably be £1mn based upon appearances & £2mn if Liverpool win the League whilst Barry is there. That means we will only get upto £16mn because to be totally honestly I think almost everyone in the world knows that Barry is not going to push Liverpool much closer to the title. Plus if he spends alot of time on the bench the fee will be just £15mn, which if im honest isnt bad but we should definatly try to get as much as we can. Both MON & Rafa are stubborn(sp) so we may see Barry stay at Liverpool till January at least. That wont be bad for us as he will have to play well to keep his England place & interest of other clubs.
