The new kit, the young players who are signed, QPR has alot at stake seeing the high goals they set for themselfs, but i think they will realise it with the squad they have got now. But they have to be carefull to not fall into the same trap as dutch club AZ, they had some good years, 2 years ago missed out on the title last day of the competition cause of a loss against an almost relegated club, signed new young talented players, had high targets and finished 11th out of 18. I think QPR will be top 5 in PL within the next 5 years, but dont be surprised if they fail to gain promotion this year, but the potential is deffinatly there. Btw, maybe some good signings for QPR, a striker i really like, Jeremain Lens, he's fast, technically very good, has an eye for the goal and can give excelent passes, i think with him any club will improve

lowestoftcanary (U9305890) posted Jul 3, 2008 You are very welcome to correct me if i am wrong but why on earth do you need a sponsor for anyway? You have men runnning your club who combined are probably worth billions do you really need a sponsor. I like what barcelona do and aston villa i believe now and have a charity on their shirt as they obviously feel they dont need the money

ShuddaHaddim2(akaDarius) (U2845930) posted Jul 4, 2008 You know I have to agree with "lowestoftcanary" why on earth do QPR NEED sponsors? But "SuperHoops10" has a good point too, successful businessmen do not chuck their money around; they expect a return from their investments, that's why they're rich and successful. Have been a Rangers fan for a longgggg longgggg time, not quite back to St. Jude's, but I remember all-to-well the good and bad times. A bit of sponsorship to a worthy charity or two would be AOK with me.

paddypower27 (U12594081) posted Jul 7, 2008 Don't like it. I am only young but I still like the classic badge and kit better. Yeah maybe it's time for change but we should still keep some classic things, otherwise we will just become another Chelsea. We should stick to QPR tradition. Everyone hated Chelsea when they changed completely. Am I the only one that thinks this? Comment on this article |
