Opening Day Fixtures

Non League Burton Albion
comment on the article

Who Would your ideal opening fixture be against for the upcoming BSP Season?

Id of said for burton, maybe one of the relegation candidates at home, either wrexham or mansfield because they wont necessarily realise the tempo of BSP from league 2 and take a while to settle in

Good Luck All!

apart from who ever faces albion on the opening day ;):P

:D

Away to York or Cambridge.

Why??

I'm on holiday in Jamaica on the first Saturday of the season, havent missed a home game in 6 years and very few away games over the same period. Away to either of those is probably the longest journey, if i'm gonna miss a game that would be best

Surely Barrow away would be one to miss!

For Woking, anyone at home will do. New manager (again), so a home tie would be the best start I think.

Ebbsfleet are at home to Mansfield. Not Mansfield home to Ebbsfleet. Come on. Sort it out!

Hopefully we can get off to a good start and get 3 points off Crawley as i don't think the result last season will be anything to go by (6-1 to Crawley)

Thanks to SATANta we travel down to Torquay on a thursday night, why can't they ever think about the fans??

I Feel that setanta should put something more towards the loyal BSP fans, maybe offering to pay for entrance fees, travel costs etc?

for instance if a team up north say newcastle had to travel to play Portsmouth in the premier league, its going to cost short of £120-£150 including tickets, food, travel etc!
