Morrison and Dyer signed this morning; both good players at this level.

At last we have the right idea, get rid of the dead wood and get some players who will play the game of football and not sit sulking because they got the wrong flavour Mars Bar at the training session.

Is it getting better yet!!!!

Didn't know you could get more than one flavour of Mars Bar.......

Morrison I don't think has played at this level so we'll wait and see. But he seems a bright young star at Cambridge so hopefully he'll cope with the move upwards.

Dyer is a good signing, very pleased with getting him.

These signings show that our Nige has got his head screwed on and his feet on the floor and we are in for some exciting times..forget what has gone before and give the lads the positive vibes not the the negative crape.

We're still being linked with Darren Moore so he might be coming as an 'understudy' as Harry Worley probably will too.

The Sunderland Echo says that Ian Harte is coming so I think it's goodbye to Mattock.

I would hardly describe McAuley, Stearman and Hume as dead wood - but I know what you mean and I agree with the principle. The squad remains huge and a lot more dead wood needs removing yet with more going than coming.
