The provisional start list was announced this morning and there is no Astana. No chance you could get a team together by Thursday in time for the presentation anyway!

It's starting to sound like the plot of a Hollywood Cycling film in the 80's, all we need is the re-formation of the Soviet Union and we're set to go. (with the obvious flaw that Astana would be part of the soviet union, but oh well)

When you say slow and relaxed you mean there won't be a team of doped-up superhumans controlling every second of the race? Sounds like it'll be a lot more interesting, not to mention cleaner race.
