I agree with what you say about The Telegraph. Over the years it has consistently produced well written and researched articles about all matters sport (in particular football) but has definitely been slipping of late.

Well done Clichy, you have shown that you are not motivated by greed, unlike other mecenaries we have seen in the game today. Thanks for setting a good example for up & coming youngsters who are clearly lacking good leaders and role models in modern football.

Cashley while you was at Arsenal = best left back in the world... Now your nothing!! Just shows stay at Arsenal and Wenger will make you the best you can be... look back in history same happended with Petit,Veira,Henry etc... It's nice to see one of the best young Guns committing himself to the club instead of leaving for more money.
The France squad can keep their precious Evra. I'll take Clichy at left-back as my #1 choice!
