Orange is Flying at the moment .. after wachthing Italy geting Spanked by Dutch, France was well prepared but still couldnt avoid a Humiliating 4-1. it was some decade ago when they were punished 4-1 by poland in 1980's.

i saw some comments about luck .. comon lets be honest when u put a show like that i really fancy them more luck.. luck u have to force.. with hard work and comitment.

my Favourites..

Holland : Razor Sharp. Fit. Solid defending. lots of attacking power. snijder is the talisman and van der vaart is de motor. Robin+Robin's show is just begane . i expect more much more..
High spirits and operating like a TEAM

Spain: played good but.. russian were very very unlucky they could have scored 4 .. they hit de post + Bar + one on one and a goal so spain doesnt have that solid defending and after all Torez didnt shok Aragonez hand.. so TEAM spirit is not that High.. Russian defence were so Naif on defending Vila & Torez one on one.. stupidest thing u would ever do.

Portugal: have a very eassy path to the Final.. very pitty would have love to have them in GROUP C .. and show wat they r worth .. Team spirit is not high .. deco + Simao en ronaldo having trouble on who takes the freekicks.. they will crack if they are under presure.

Italy France. I think they r too tired to get on with this Championship so HoLLand Plz let them go to early vocations.

But Credits to Holland i mean It is almost 25 years ppl didnt saw Italy and france geting Spanked like this..

Long live Total Football
Bye Bye Catenaccho

i was just thinking about how good the last two goals were. robben was at a really tight angle. Schneiders goal was an absolute beauty. Van Bronckhorst has played really well. i think he has been really influencial in almost every holland break.

Van Bronckhorst was one of those players i feel should never have been let go by Arsenal. Wenger does get it wrong now and again.

Another piece of trivia. Netherlands is the first team to pass 50 goals in the Euro championships.

1.Netherlands 52/30 Matches
2.Germany 48/34
3.France 46/27
4.Portugal 32/21
5.England 31/23

Agreed Kuyt or Robben....But did you see some of the skill van Nistelrooy has in his locker...People always have him down as a goal poacher with no ability....He has bags of skills and has certainly been showing it at the Euro's Someone should make a euro showboat when its finished.

I stand corrected about van Bronckhorst's age, I thought he was 34, but a mate insisted he was 35, he is indeed 33.

Still, fantastic performances from a player of his age.

Now all Holland need to do is put out their reserves against Romania - they'd be stupid not to frankly since they can rest their players whilst knocking out two of the favourites. Holland on this form certainly look tremendous, they might have been seen as shaky in defence before but they're looking solid all over, interesting to see if they start Robben next time.

If France or Italy get through the group - it's likely that they'll meet Holland later on - with vengeance. Maybe Holland then will be depleted due to injuries and suspensions. I think Holland should act with their Heads, field the weakest possible team against Romania and dump France and Italy. ... Unless MVB still have some affinity with Italy?
