why would anyone want to join a club that just missed out on relegation last season and are still rubbish instead of having a place at a club which plays good football?!?!?!
Hope he does a kamara and mucks up completely

Well,so he has joined Fulham eh,good luck to him,he will be playing championship football again in the near future as I believe Fulham will be relegated next season.
He has been very poorly advised.

I could understand the move if it was to a big club with any hope of winning medals or playing in europe, but Fulham?? seems his comments to the Albion about showing him their ambition were basically, show me the money!! same old, same old.

Gera was not poorly advised. He's now earning a fortune and Fulham haven't even got a clause in his contract should they be relegated. Far from poor advice, he didn't need advice. Anyone would have taken his decision. He's been proved right to hold out for the last year or so.

Player loyalty went decades ago. Not sure why some fans haven't spotted this. Wishing players break bones is childish and doesn't give our club anything but bad p.r.

Personally, I don't care how Gera does. He did his bit for us and now isn't with us. So long as he doesn't beat us single handedly in our head to heads, he's irrelevant to me now.

Good comment rob, he means nothing to me either. I think the reason it's upsewt so many is because he talked about ambition being the most important thing and then joins Fulham! Just be honest and say i'm going where the money is, i'd have more respect then. To be i only make a comment on him because i can't understand some people saying good luck to him beause he was loyal to us. He wasn't, he was as you say greedy like all the rest...

agreed Lancer. Can't see much point wishing the bloke good luck. I wouldn't wish him bad luck either. He's just another pro who used to play for us.

Not sure I'd say he's greedy eithe really though. Of the options he's chosen, he's based it on finances, yes. But, it's conceivably family reasons as well. His wife probably preferred London to Bolton and Wigan. Got to listen to the wife!
