Now that is what you call talent.

This guy is the real deal

He reminds me of Alonso in 05/06 when he drove absolutely fantastic, hardly making any mistakes throughout the season.

Kubica/Alonso are in the same mould. Classy, Pacey drivers, Not one dimensional like the others.

An absolute joy to watch.

Thoroughly deserved the victory today

Also a very, very good point. Sorry I hadn't read straight through all the replies, but on the performance of Alonso and Kubica, you have to say the drivers for the two main teams aren't doing as well as they should be.

Absolutely - altho Alonso is pushing the Renault so hard that you can't help feeling he'll either crash or take someone out trying to pass them. The point about BMW is that neither of their drivers have made a single error this season in races -on the three occasions either of them have been out of the points its been due to crazy driving from Nakajime in Oz, Alonso in Monaco and the safety car in Bahrain. When Heidfeild gets his qualifying together again, their reliability will more than make up for the occasional lack of competitive edge.

yep Kubica is v good, and this is one reason why i feel we are in a great spell for F1. there are plenty of good drivers in the mix and there really isn't a great deal of difference between the cars. different tracks suiting different cars/drivers keeps the difference small. undoubtedly bmw lags a little behind MM and Ferrari but my feeling is they have a car that make a good fist of any circuit.

i'm excited about the rest of the season and for the next few years. FA is probably gonna be around for a while, KR for at least another year, LH for ages, same for Kubica. Massa getting better day by day atm and HK could still step up. and there are others in the wings too

I've always thought highly of Kubica.

Tempted to stick a tenner on him getting another win this year too...........

Think this years title will be similar to last years with everyone focusing on KR and LH (last year it was LH and FA) and a third driver popping up at the end and nicking it. Given his excellent form I can see no reason why Kubica cant nick the title.

BMW are not that far off Ferrari or McLaren and as was seen in Canada, whilst Ferrari and McLaren tussle between themselves, BMW will keep bringing in the points

>>Perhaps it is his low-key manner, his guttural accent, his lack of interest in self-promotion, or even his appearance - a receding hairline, prominent nose and gangly frame mean he does not, he has admitted, look like the archetypal image of a racing driver. >>
ALL THESE THINGS U WROTE IN HERE MAKES THAT I LOVE HIM! He's not like the other drivers, he's very smart and just concentrate on his work. Driver musn't be handsome but should be characteristicsmiley I prefer charasterictic KUBICA THEN FLYING APPOLLO - guess who? winkeye Robert good luck!!! keeping fingers crossed for Yousmiley

hi!
I think that Robert is this kind of man who was born to win! I like his personality very much, he just focus on the things which are important, and maybe He does not look like the archetypal image of a racing driver, but driver doesn't have to look like a model but should have all these character traits which Robert has. {Although for me He is handsomesmiley} Maybe not these year but u see you will hear about him as a world champion not only oncewinkeye just give him Ferrari u will have another Schumiwinkeye Good luck Robert and big support from Polish fans.

I like Robert's quiet confidence- He just gets on with it. I think several of the current top drivers can learn a thing or two from Robert modus operandi. Even when he takes a pop at other drivers he does it with a smile smiley

Dont get me wron I like Robert's style but....I think you people just have very short memories ....a few races ago, it was Vettel, last week was Sutil..... the year before it was Rosberg...Now its Kubica.

Lewis is the only driver worth Betting on. He beat Alonso in the same team till alonso was moaning and being paranoid about his own engineers!!!!You cannot beat that...
