I just heard that Lorenzo will not be allowed to compete in Barcelona on Sunday, due to the consequences of another fall today. He has been so unlucky despite fighting back so hard. I didn't like him at all last year but I have now become a great admirer of this very brave guy. I'll miss him on Sunday!

Just goes to show the pressure that ROSSI puts on his rivals Lorenzo was hailed as the man to dethrone Rossi!

I completely agree with Fionvroom, I also have lately come to have a deal of respect for this courageous youg man. As I understand it he has to stay under observation for between 48 and 72 hours due to the concussion he suffered. However, this may be the silver lining of the cloud, I happened to see the fall on eurosport today and by the looks of it he landed heavily on his feet although according to the reports I have read he has not injured them any further.
This enforced rest will help his damaged ankles. Regardless of what we think of him now I would hate to see him confined to walking sticks before he is 40

Can't believe Lorenzo's fallen off again - he wants to be more careful! Can't knock his courage and determination though.
Rossi's only qualified in 9th cos he's not wearing any yellow on his leathers. That's a fact.

My heart goes out to Lorenzo. Its such a pity. I'm sure Rossi would prefer to have him in the race for a good battle. When he doesn't fall off he is amazing, but look at Stoner. He couldn't stay on the bike in 2006 and he wiped the floor in 2007. This is Lorenzo's rookie year, he's learning. I would put money on him being a huge force to be reckoned with next year. He will never be Valentino Rossi though, nobody will knock him off his throne, he is and always will be in a different league, in every way.
