Team recently announced:

Desperate Dan v CP at 10 seems to have been settled in FH's mind? Still can't believe that he is first choice.

That said, not sure CP could bring it off at 10. PG must be the short + long term option.

Mossy has been a marvellous servant to Scottish Rugby, and hopefully can continue for some time yet. I'm not sure, however, if he is the right choise for FB. Southwell would be my option because of his kicking, strength and excellent high ball control.

Morrison deserves his chance as he impressed in the 6N, but I stll feel the long term option is NDL/Cairns.

1/2/3 OK

4/5 new combo is an area that the Pumas might consider exploiting. I just hope that Matt seizes his chance. No doubt, he'll be up for it.

6/7/8 should be a strong unit. Indeed, I like the look of this for the future. Not sure if there is a vice-captain or pack leader, but the obvious choice (in my opinion) is Ally Hogg at 7 or 8.

Good replacements. Although a late call up, I hope Cross at least makes it on to the bench during the tour.

Any thoughts?

It was Scotland's to lose and they surely have succeeded.

Unbelievable! How you can go from playing well to losing a game... written by Scotland, the legacy of Hadden, coming soon to a book store near you. Here in Colombia I will now have to listen to all my Argentinian friends gloating... AGAIN! Ruined my weekend!

So 21-15. A fair result I think. Lack of ball carriers, and a game plan. Godman should be given another chance at 10. The first receiver was very deep, and not breaking the gain line was crucial. Ultimately again though it is the lack of tries that have cost the game. This was also a 2nd string Argies team - and yet Scotland struggled.

Listening to the coverage on the radio, my impression of the game is obviously formed by the commentary, but I'm absolutely furious at yet another feckless display. The number of turnovers is unforgivable and as for Ross Ford giving one against the head, words fail me. it sounds like we had little/no attacking game plan, no means of retaining or winning possession and not the slightest chance of scoring a try. This against a semi-professional Argentina side missing many of their first choice players. It's simply not good enough.

Well another lackluster display by frank haddens mediocre side. Nice guys don't play rock n roll. Please tell me he won't be there next 6 nations. And don't give me all that no one is easy any more. England would hammer Argentina (even a bad England side)and Ireland and Wales would beat them comfortably, every time.

Any defenders of Dan "40 caps and not one good game" Parks left out there ???

Why is anyone surprised we yet again scored no tries and lost to a mainly 2nd choice Arg team ??

Hadden Must Go

Would have been nice to be able to watch the game and therefore comment on the performance. I'll be sure to look out for the "comment on the performance" section after the football world cup qualifiers also..... British (?) Broadcasting Corporation???

Results are a clear indication that the style of play is outdated and some new fresh ideas are needed. Hadden must go sounds fair to me.
