Prospects for the FutureInternational Scotland by MacWalka (U11333631) 29 May 2008 I've been thinking about the recent players that have been called up because os the call-offs and it got me thinking that our national team is actually looking pretty good for the future. Latest comments

mrneiche (U11834780) posted May 29, 2008 Russel Anderson is a player i would like to see be more consistent. he could be very good for us. posted May 29, 2008 Why do no no old firm scottish teams have much players in the squad. Only Clarkson and Berra aren't non OF SPL players out of the whole squad. How come Barry Robson only got a game when he signed for Celtic when he was playing better for United? Or why is Russel Anderson allways in the squad despite not getting in the sunderland team and getting shipped out to plymouth. He was the best scottish defender in the SPL not so long ago and was being ignored. Also I would add Zander Diamond,Lee Miller ,Lee Wilkie ,Lee Wallace and Stephan Hughes to the lists(lots of lees).

MacWalka (U11333631) posted May 30, 2008 I just mean Boyd isn't exactly a first pick on the squad and doesn't have many caps yet-same goes for Robson. I personally would have Robson playing every game-think he's a great player. Comment on this article |
