The Championship play-off final

Championship
comment on the article

Well who would have thought it: Bristol City versus Hull for a seat on the Premier League gravy train?

Both sides have had fantastic seasons, but only one of them is going to go home deliriously happy tonight.

Who do you think will come out on top at Wembley?

If you are going to the game let us know your thoughts about what has been described as the biggest game in either club's history. How are you coping with those big-match nerves.

If you are a neutral tell us who you are rooting for and why.

Well done Hull!! Excellent to get a Yorkshire (sort of) team into the Premiership again!

I remember playing you back in the 3rd division (League 2). Now you are in the Premiership and we are hoping to start again in Unibond League 1 Northern. Oh how football plays a funny, cruel game!

Good luck though. I always respected you because of your impressive fan base in the lower leagues. I really hope you can stay in the top flight and become a permanent fixture there. hopefully you don't do a Derby!

Same goes to Donny tomorrow! Beat those Leeds s.c-u,m smiley

Anyone who was there would of realized that Bristol city were the far superior team. Hull got through on shear luck. City dominated possession had far superior chances in both halves.

Any self respecting hull fan who was there would be the first to emit that Bristol were the best team today and that City deserve to be in the premier league, not them.

Good luck getting a point Hull. If u played like you did today you are screwed. Oh yea.. no Campbell next season. You gonna need all the luck you can get luring players to hull.

The council should erect a statue of Deano in the city centre or near the KC. A true living legend. No-one from Hull will EVER forget that goal. That is called living the dream. Thankyou Hull City AFC, all the fans, all the believers. Thanks to Phil Brown for taking us up that last step. Thanks too to Brian Horton & Peter Taylor (who took us up two flights & really set things in motion).

IT'S HAPPY HOUR AGAIN!!!

nickhend444 its not about dominating games its about scoring goals something you couldn't do!! so we might get dominated next season but we can still score goals and you might be able to dominate games but you cant score!!
Anyway i reckon all your best players will get sold and you will be relegated to league 1.

Couple of mouthy scouse types on here. Going to put 6 past us at Anfield etc. Go study Derby's defence & then look at Hull's. They don't have Turner & Brown, fact. I look forward to Deano coming on and lashing one in the Kop end (like he did for Bradford against you a few years back) nahnah

i never knew about the 7/7 related chants

yeah that were bang out of order but at the end of the day there's always a bunch of idiots that get everyone else tarred with their brush. i sincerely hope and very much doubt that all hull fans chanted that rubbish

heard phil brown on the monday night club last night and what else can be said except for what a really nice bloke he is. a true legend and now a hull city history maker. what a weekend for yorkshire! much respect to hull city and of course deano - well done mate your tears melted the hearts of hull fans everywhere. i'm a blackburn fan and i was delighted to see hull do it. good luck next year

and to anyone sayin they'll do a derby - NOONE can be a pants as that

There has always been a Yorkshire team in the Premiership. Middlesbrough they are the best team in Yorkshire. Everyone seems to ignore the fact that Middlesbrough is in North Yorkshire.
