Take them aside and say look lads this is the possible backline for the next ten years go out, have some fun and try things. With a backrow of Haskell, Rees etc. there's so much pace that even if the passes don't go to hand it will not be as punnishing as if the backrow was Dallaglio, Corry etc. it's only a summer test after all and rather than see the same old boring England, 9 - 10 kick try and steal lineout and stiffle the attack. Lets see England throw it about abit>>

He totally bottled it against Leicster and against Bath at the Rec earlier in the season to name but two incidents. Can't kick, can't tackle and can't think.
