As a Swansea City supporter I always keep an eye out for Exeter's results (it could have been us, after all) and am very pleased that you've halued yourselves back into the league - well done! There's nothing you can't do now, it was between you and us on that day years ago and we will be playing Championship football next season. Best of luck climbing the leagues! smiley

Can i just say PoshTorres Sir you are d!ck! I am obviously bitter we lost to Exeter, but you can not say Exeter desreved to go up over us, nobody can! We were top five all season never dropping out and ended up second. Nobody did better then us against the top sides and we have the best fans in non league football, FACT!!! Congratulations to Exeter and i wish them the best as they were the best team on the day and deserve it after their heartbreak last season .. i feel your pain now sadface. If your going to say something in the future posh (hope your not just a boro fan rubbing it in) think before you speak, as every blue square follower knows cambridge or torquey deserved to go up as runners up.

Chaz, I could not disagre more! You stayed top five as maybe, Exeter have played good passing football all season and fantastic footall since Christmas. Lets see how much your and Torquay's playing budgets were to try and get promotion against Exeter's!! We deserved and got it, I do feel sorry for you as well though and like the others fans I hope both you and Torquay manage promotion next season.

P.S. There are no better fans average attendance was 168 more than you and we had the biggest home attendance in the BSP.

sounds like sour grapes there Chaz, mate.

ive followed quite a bit of conference football this year as i am a setanta subsriber and exeter, apart from aldershot, have played the better football. cambridge (not all the time but often do) play hoofball, even my friends who are us fans admit to that.

its true, you have been in the top 5 pretty much all season but that counts for nothing in the play off final - as you know only to well.

thats whats so great about the play offs...its a lottery

Chaz,

Whilst you are correct that you had better combined performance against the top 5 sides in the division, I think you have overlooked one tiny point.

Just have a quick look and see which side provided you with your ONLY defeat during those matches.

I think it might have been the grecians.

Whilst I am never (of course) going to say that you have the best fans in the league, I have already stated how great your support was at Wembley.

I wish CUFC all the very best for next season and hope that you can join us in League 2 soon
