I thought overall the final was like any other Cup final, way below expectations.
Enckelman seemed unwilling to catch anything and that's what cost Cardiff in the end. I can't understand why you'd push that cross/shot away, and certainly not straight onto another player be he your own player or the opposition.

it's fair to say the better team on the day won, but in the spirit of the original post i don't think we brought shame on ourselves or the fizzy pop league

goals like that happen and they dont reflect either the goalie's season or rest of match - nor the team's as a whole.

good riddance. shouldn't be allowed anyway.
How the FAW overturned Purse's red card, even though they are playing in an English affiliated league. That scenario should never happen again. The only team that could've won and deserved it, did..
