England - New Zealand

comment on the article

It may be FA Cup Final Saturday, but elsewhere in north-west London, Lord's awaits for the third day of the first Test between England and New Zealand.

Tom Fordyce will be bringing you today's live text in a little while - but with England 68-0 in reply to New Zealand's 277, who will come out on top today? England? The Kiwis? Or the weather again? :-(

Get involved and join the debate.

Very true. I have LTJ Bukem's Producer 01 in my cd player at this very moment. Makes working a lot less stressful. Twilight Voyage is a genius track.

P.S. I know a girl who absolutely hates cheese, which is just absurd. It's one of the world's greatest flavour enhancers, along with mayonnaise, and steak.

how can anyone hate ms Cheese? she goes so well with many things as you have mentioned.

What would Cricket's "Big 4" consist of? Surrey, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Kent?

Well not looking promising guys

Still nothing but that persistant drizzle showing up on the radar, but its slowly intensifying just a little, and the area of precipitation is expanding

To make matters worse its also a very stagnant, slow moving area, i would have thought unless theyre willing to play through the light drizzle it will be at least 1600BST before theres even a chance of it clearing away

nor are the players wanting to play for like a billion pounds a week or diving around when a much harder ball hits them on the leg

(im aware that they were padding lol)

I'd like to see what Darwin thought of that, how cricketers have evolved from simple protective gear.

How long ago were they padding? I mean, it's not as if barely last week I was an amoeba. Or was I..
