Bristol City v Crystal Palace

Championship
comment on the article

Well hello

Are we all recovered from Sunday's football blockbuster? Good because it's time to go again. Massive games to come over the next few weeks, not least today's Championship play-off semi-final second leg (try saying that when you've had a few) at Ashton Gate between Bristol City and Crystal Palace.

Follow all the action here:

Big up yourselves (whatever that means) here.

what favours did palace get then !

warnock took the job over when palace were 2nd from bottom- you have no idea- and he has the right to say what he wants about rafa he is certainly more knowledgable than any of us lot, he has balls and stucks by his opinions- nothing wrong with that

No he can't say what he likes there is a little section of the law that covers slander and liable.

So happy I wont have to listen to him and whine about how his team was robbed every week. Gary Johnson played him perfect.

Warnock is an anverage manager with a less than average IQ

answer my questions

do you understand the free speech law?

do you hate anyone but yourself with an opinion?

when has he ever made sladerous comments?

when did palace rely on anything this season?

who has a better record than warnock as a promoting manager?

Bill Shankley does, he changed liverpool from a division 2 team in multiple championship winning team.
He laid the foundations for them going onto to becoming the most successful british club of all time. So I would say thats a better record for a start.

Plus Rafa is currently been adivsed about the slanderous comments made by Warnock

Warnock has repeatedly voiced his dissatisfaction with the fact that Rafael Benitez fielded a weakened side against Fulham at the end of the 2006/2007 season (Liverpool FC at the time had nothing to play for in the Premier League). Warnock felt the resulting Fulham win caused Sheffield to be relegated to the Championship, even though Warnock himself subsequently failed to win Sheffield's final league game, which would have helped them stay up eventually. Even a year later, Warnock has failed to put the incident behind him and stated that "he wished that Benitez never won anything while at Liverpool"

Warnock heavily criticised Beeby in February 2008 after he played on for longer than the designated added time at the end of a match between Bristol City and Palace, which led to Bristol City equalising 55 seconds after full-time should have been blown, even claiming Beeby celebrated City's equaliser. Warnock was subsequently charged with "improper conduct" by the FA. In response, he "admitted the charge and requested a personal hearing".[

HE SAID "Integrity, doing what is right for the game, comes way down Rafa's list of priorities...Maybe Rafa gets a yearly hamper from Harrods for his team selections."

now he shouldn't have made the last comment but he did say maybe

but the point he made was very valid!

anyway he adds colour to the game , he is a character - fergusion says stupid things some times - so did mourinhio- i am not putting warnock in there obvious league- but it would be boring if we didnt have these charasmatic managers

and i realise why you have a problem with him now - obviously the harrods connection

Gary Johnson is a good character of the game (a bit of a cockney wideboy!) but he doesnt get above himself and he gets on with the job in hand, were not a long ball team, but just because we pass it about doesnt mean we will avoid relegation, if we win at wembley ive got every confidence in the manager he will bring in some good names. we might not spend like Sunderland have but even AC milan and Real Madrid probably spent less than them last season. Also i cant see us being as bad as Derby (although they did get promoted through the playoffs to) Derby played more like a League 1 team in the premiership, not a newly promoted championship team.
