Graham Turner Manager Of the Season!!League Two Hereford United by HerefordianWelshBull (U11752400) 13 May 2008 Congratulations to GT, He has worked so hard to pull this team together, a few weeks before the start of the season we only had 6 players or so. No one really expected to scrape together a mid table squad in 3 weeks, but against the odds with little money he pulled together a title challenging squad. tonytees (U11321426) posted May 13, 2008 What an absolute farce. So, presumably if Paul Gascoigne took over Bournemouth and borrowed a load of players from various championship sides and they were promoted then he would get manager of the season. Total tosh

thomasbulls (U11822486) posted May 13, 2008 tonytees if that is what you think then no side in league 2 would be suitable for promotion or manager of the season unless they had loads of money as MK Dons and Peterborough have this season! Turner made effective use of the resources he had at his disposal and the club is also stable financially! I think Turner has shown great skill and has been rewarded!

Burlfist (U11746737) posted May 14, 2008 Hear what you all say, and Jamer, have looked at the facts. In every other division the manager of the team that came top has won the award-Fact. MK finished with the highest number of points in any division-Fact. Most away wins for 40 years-Fact. Its not about who had the best resources, used loan deals best or where the team was predicted to finish at the start of the sseason. I am sure Turner & Paul Ince know where the award should have gone. No one likes us we dont care!!!!
