As fir your assessment that Djoko likes to take revenge on people who beat him the time before. Well, I suppose that seems to be the case for all top players. One could take the games between Fed and Djoko and make the exact opposite argument. Fed was clearly focussed on extracting revenge at MC, where Djoko retired with a dubious reason.
