Where was De Canio????

Championship QPR
comment on the article

I am not entirely 100% sure but I do not think Luigi De Canio took part in the end of season lap of honour.

It was fantastic to see Flavio and the Mittals, but where was De Canio?? Very strange and could suggest he is on his way out.

He was very dischuffed with the ref - esp the Rowly red card. Good to see that even on this sort of end-of-season event he's concerned about the match and what happens in it. I do hope he is left in charge.

Afternoon all,

Gigi went to speak to the press while West Brom celebrated and didn't get away before the Rangers players went out onto the pitch.

Just been reading the "double act" story on the bbc. Its good to see us talking about future signings. Paladini did well last time in the transfer market - pretty much every player has made a decent impact (bar Lee) I hope he can do it again. Also it seems increasingly likely that Cerny and Ramage are on their way - both on frees. Hopefully this will allow us to spend a bit of dough on either a striker or left winger.

I, for one, am very happy that LDC is staying with us. After the improvement in our position since his arrival it would have been ludicrous to axe him for somebody else. So far as I can tell LDC is respected by the players and the owners. And, whilst some of us (including me) have questioned some aspects of his decisions I think the vast majority of us did not want him to leave.
So Sig Di Canio ""Sono felice voi sto rimanendo. Spero che siate a lungo qui."

Babelfish says this means "I'm glad you are staying. I hope you will remain for a long time" cool

Its like being back with JAGO and SEXTON exciting times down the Bush.Just give them the time to deliver, it will be all the sweeter to EARN the rewards rather than try to buy them. Weve got a good base of youngsters more comming through and a bit more experiance Rangers can move forward.

Thank you David M for confirming that Di Canio was talking to the media and not simply avoiding the lap of honour because he may be leaving.

Marblehurst, try summing up the facts before engaging in idle and unfounded speculation. Thank you!
