I think the frustrating thing is that they seem to get so much more coverage whereas the skill level is pretty much the same as schoolground football.
There are plenty of good non league teams who would kill for that kind of opportunity but aren't given it.

Lets face it if the womens arsenal side joined the premiership they would likely lose 5-0 to derby that is how poor the standard of football is in the womens game.

As other posters have said, the standard of the women's game is improving.

Which is more than can be said of the standard of posting in this thread. Now I can see why there are women out there who think all men are sexist pigs. What an embarrassment some of you are.

liverbird_91 thanks for the support again, unfortunatly, cz we got relegated to the midlans combination all our league games will be across the midlands, like coventry, wolves, leicester and west brom etc, but we might play down south in the FA Cup depending on who we get drawn will post it anyway! thanks again!

I don't really see the helpfulness of all these posters comparing mens' football to womens' football. Do people look at Wimbledon and say that the women needn't bother because the men are better anyway?

You don't have to watch it if you don't want to, but how dare you discourage women from playing the game? I personally don't believe the womens game will ever be close to the standard of the mens, but since when was "there are better people so I may as well not bother" a good sporting philosophy?

haha you do make me laugh, your sons team must be amazing

i watch my brother play football at quite a high level. To be honest its not that good.

the major differences are that most boys are arrogant and think they're always right, they're really bad losers and get aggressive when they don't get their own way. Most girls just get on with it
