A brave effort

On the terrace at Carlisle to witness the last chapter in the "Great Escape".
A deflected shot in the first half came,agonisingly,back off the underside of the bar,right in front of the faithful,and something told me that it was going to be one of those days!!
And so it proved in the end,though not for the want of trying.
So it's to next season we look,to bounce straight back up,secure a financial position,and push ever onwards!!
Thank you to the players and staff at Dean Court for giving us a superb,exciting,and,frankly,unexpected end to the season.

Leeds fan in peace. Sorry you didn't make it. With the points deduction you had a massive handicap, but I thought you were going to do it with the recent good run you have had. Hope you come straight back up. I doubt you will get an added penalty of 15 points even if HMRC oppose your CVA - I am convinced the FL will change their rules in the close season. Anyway, good luck!

I have got to say just about everyone wanted you to stay up after that brilliant winning run, go for it next season I am sure you will bounce back up, even if the other league chairmen do try and stiff you with -15, close season rule changes you can bet your bottom dollar on! otherwise KB will be back in court. Good luck!
