Blind Optimism? Or Is It Possible?

Premier League Birmingham
comment on the article

Its not impossible!
All we need is a win and other reults to go our way!
Reading can't score at the moment and Fulham won't beat Pompey!Redknapp wants his players to fight for their FA cup place, and Reading look like they're having trouble behind the scenes. Savage should do us one last favour!
3 points against Blackburn will do it!
So get behind the Blues and be the 12th man, and as long as we win and Fulham and Reading don't we shall play in the premier league next year.

I know a load of you have already accepted that we're going down, and it is incredibly likely, but there is no way I'm conceding that until 5pm next Sunday. Anything can happen, but its just not in my mentality to give up.
KRO!

hopefully you will stay up. lets face it, fulham are cr*p and reading are boring and shouldn't be in the league in the first place. at least birmingham play football the right way, and you have some quality players. larsson, zarate and mcfadden to name a few. to tell the truth i don't understand how in the hell you lot ended up in this mess.

on a seperate note, i would like to thank my fellow arsenal "fans" for making a fool of our club and fanbase once again. kudos applause

"I would be happy if Birmingham were to be relegated. Didnt like the stupid comments from their manager and their Chairman when our player had his foot broken by a crap player."

Sorry i couldnt let this one go,
the stupid comments of OUR manager?!
Did you watch the interviews?
"errrrrrr this guy should never play football again"
"you only have to kill one person one time, its enough errrrrrr"
And all that Mcleish said was Martin Taylor is not malicious and he is distraught, they are stupid comments?! please someone disagree with me?
Martin Taylor had 6 cards in 250 games before that game and you call him malicious?
Anyway....back to relegation
I really believe that we will win on sunday, fulham and pompey will draw and reading will win at derby so that means us and fulham are down.
It will be a miracle if we stay up but you know the Blues, we always do it the hard way!
Also, even if we did go down at least Mcleish could bring in his own players and squad, I challenge anyone to tell me a bad Mcleish buy for Birmingham?
Its the same rejects that Bruce bought who make the mistakes week in, week out so I'd be glad to be honest if we do go down so that we sell the s*** players and get in some good ones.
However, to be fair to Bruce he made some good signings e.g the Forss but really thats it whom is still in the team.

I'll be there on Sunday and I hope many more will be too, They'll be joys and sorrows too but we will keep right on to the end of that elongated road!!

thanks, arsenal4lifesham. It's nice to know some people are still on our side. I don't know how we've ended up in this mess either. But I really think we'll need a miracle to stay up! I'll be in Maidstone at Radio 1's big weekend on Sunday so that'll take my mind off the results. Of course I'll be checking the scores at 5 though.

I believe McLeish is the man for the job and there is a chance you can stay up. I hope you do!
