Fed is playing very well just defeated Canas 6 3 6 3 with some brilliant forehands dropshots and good backhands lovely let them all come he can handle it

Its better for Fed to play better quality players. Helps him focus. If the confidence is there then he has nothing to fear

There was an interview with both Murrays in last weekend's Observer Sport Monthly. One thing that struck me was the number of times the pair of them referred to "going out to dinner". They clearly like their nosh . And if some of the more cryptic remarks about Jamie are to be read into it seems he has other strong... "appetites" too.

Absolutely agree!
I don't ever believe he takes any opponent lightly, but agree he is much sharper when facing higher seeds or "bogey" opponents.
I want to see Fed win this and set RG up nicely for an absolute killer final between him and Rafa. Mind you If Djoko is fit and playing well, i can see him making any clay court final.

The Number One Seed tends to get the favourable draw. Nadal is No 1 on clay. (See RFed's Mickey Mouse paths to the All England final in recent years...)

How can one hails someone as "GOAT", and at the same time complain that "THE GREATEST of ALL TIME" has a tough draw?

It is totally illogical, since nothing should be too tough for the "GOAT".

It is like God is complaining that he is afraid of being in the dark alone!

I am a Fed fan but can see Rafa is a touch of his game. However, take nothing from Juan Carlos, he played brilliantly and smart. he never let and always kept Rafa guessing with all his shots and returns.
