Hilly... Thank youCareer Saracens I'd like to take a minute here to stop all debates about the game and congratulate Richard Hill who we have known and loved as Hilly on his glittering career and what has shown to be one of the greatest back row careers ever. AbbyNo7 (U7304153) posted Apr 27, 2008 What a great player. A true professional and England and his club were much poorer without him. If there was any one flanker in the world i'd model my style of play on it would be Richard Hill.

BigRed13 (U9366026) posted May 9, 2008 A great player, true professional and at least had the public persona of a top unassuming bloke. A loss for the game but here's hoping he stays involved in some respect as I'm sure he has great experience to pass on to the next few generations of players! As a Scot he was one of the few English players over the years I could say I truly liked as a player without adding "well for an Enlgishman anyway"

oneeyedturk (U10907810) posted May 9, 2008 Hill was never arrogant or unfriendly. Met him and worked with him many times and you could not meet a nicer, down to earth bloke. As for his rugby ability, he was fantastic. World class at 6, 7 or 8 and there are few if any you can say are capable of that. The only thing wrong with Hill was that he was not Welsh
