Keep the faith

Right guys as we all know it is tight down the bottom but I think we can survive.

let's just hope the boys put on a decent performance against Spurs next weekend with it being our last home game of the season.

I can see Bolton winning at home against Sunderland as Sunderland have nothing to play for now but I cannot see then getting anything against Chelsea. Max points for Bolton is 36.

Fulham v Birmingham is a massive game for our survival hopes and I can see Fulham winning this. They also play away at Pompey last game of the season who will be gearing up for the FA Cup and could nick a result. We just need to hope they don't win. I reckon they could end up on 34 points or even 36.

Birmingham are at home to Blackburn last game of the season and will be fired up for it. A potential win would see them finish on 35 points.

This leads us onto needing 37 points to survive which means a result at home to Spurs and a win away at Derby leaving us on 37.

If Birmingham beat Fulham at next week we are deep in the doo doo and need to make sure we win our next 2 games!

If we need to rely on anyone it is Sunderland winning next weekend.

The title of this thread is "KEEP THE FAITH". Subsequently, various READING fans have voiced their support.

As per usual, a Sunderland fan pops up & adds their 2 pence worth!

"Now shut up & support you club". We are you muppet, hence the title of the thread.

Why dont you shut up & go back to your own board? Cheers

My apologies, so I just imagined your digs at Sunderland??

As I said, if you are going to to make comments about other clubs you MUST expect a response, its immature to expect otherwise.

I have said more than I intended to, however, good luck and hope to see my family & friends from Reading at the SOL next season.(Uncle & cousin)

You say you can find many articles of Reading fans making negative comments on Sunderland articles, go on then prove it.

To be frank it just sounds like you're statement is just full of hot air.

How about this one by your good self, Tidus old son, http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A34203818

As I said before, you are naive if you think we are going to sit on our hands and be sledged, by Reading fans or anybody.

Do you want more, because its esily got, I just check your profiles and see the comments and articles you have made/created.

I'm off the rigs for s few weeks, not doing any freelance work so to quote Louis Armstrong, I have all the time in the world.

I wish you would too. The article you quote seems like a lighthearted attempt to point out yet another Sunderland wum coming onto our boards to post. It doesn't exactly endear us all to you.

Exactly! That is mild by comparison (if at all anything)

The very 1st reply on this READING thread was from a Sunderland WUM slating our club, fans & manager. That has been consistently happening for the whole of 2008 & its irritating as hell.

I wonder why it took you so long to point that out.

Apologies offered.

I wish your attack and midfield were as tenacious as its supporters!!

I have spent 5 minutes gathering 12 comments on Sunderland boards from Reading fans, please just accept some supporters from both clubs are guilty of it, I do.

I have to go out for a while, celebrating our survival(part 2), I hope you can do the same soon.

No doubt one of you sarky sods will say something!!!!

The fact is Reading fans are not "sledging" Sunderland at all & stay on their own threads. The link you posted points out exactly this - ie please take the plonker back because he is doing our nut in.

it was a good game saturday and the draw is warrented i think. Lita played very well as did Bikey and Doobs. I think we need Little and Convey to start on the wings against Spurs as its a must win and we must go all out for 3pts. Confident performance all round i thort and we just need to start having more attempts on goal which doesnt happen because we always try walking it into the back of the net. Lita changed that for me and looked the likely to score and was testing the keeper. COME ON URZZZZZZZ !!!!!!!!!
