I fail to see the hype about Flintoff. Anderson had better bowling figures, getting out a upper order batsman and having Threscothic dropped.
Then he got for a duck, come on lets drop the hype
if he wants to get back into the team lets see some consistency over several week.

"Flintoff shines with the bat" ...... not.

There are so many other great players out there. Forget Mr Yesterday. He's rubbish!

I notice Vaughan makes 19 and it's reported as a flop whereas Flintoff is out first ball having taken fewer wickets than any other bowler and he's "on song".

What sort of reporting is that?

Please can someone from India come and make a late bid for Hodge now so we can get a better batsman in. Anyone will do. They can take Sutcliffe to if they need someone to carry the drinks. Lancashire have peaked, believe me.

Anderson did better because it was a dodgy wicket, it clearly is.

Here we go again..............still only week 2 of the season and Lancs fans a moaning about the weather and dodgey wickets!

Just admit it.........you played beyond yourselves last season and this year you have been found out.

Relegation is the only thing you'll be getting this year!

I'm a Gloucestershire fan, ie neutral, and surely a wicket where Anderson and Mahmood make hay is a poor one?

We moan about the weather because we don't have the opportunity to moan about the cricket because there isn't any.

Check the scorecards, and see how many games are affected by the weather today. Only one? Wonder who that might be...

Championship cricket in Lancs is so boring as as soon as there's some rain the game is almost certain to end in a stone wall draw. That's one of the main reasons i don't attend many CC games.
