Three young players to keep an eye on on the future but who is the most likely to win a major? For me it's Romero who has had impressive showings in three big tournaments i've watched in the 10 months but what do you think

All 3 are very capable of winning a major, but if I had to choose one I'd go for Kaymer, his game is right up there with the best and he's only been on Tour a couple of years.

Romero, probably within the next twelve months. Fearless, a brilliant putter and Angel has shown him the way.

I'd love to say Nick D!

But based on achievments in the last two years i'd have to say Romero and Kaymer stand alot better chance.

I also would not be surprised to see Romero take a major in the next 12 months. He was my outside bet for the masters and top 10 aint bad for a first-timer at Augusta. His performance at carnoustie showed has the ability to win an open. I think I'll put a fiver on him for the US open (of course the tenor will be on Harrington).

Three very promising young golfers but it's getting harder and harder to win a major.

Among the Europeans who will be hoping to break their duck this season will be Sergio, Paul Casey, Justin Rose, Ian Poulter and David Howell if he is injury free and Jimenez on his Masters form could be a good outside bet in The Open.

But they will also have to beat the likes of Woods, Mickelson, Els, Goosen, Immelman and Harrington who will all fancy their chances in the big competitions.

Whichever way it pans out, we can look forward to another epic golf season with the Ryder Cup to round it off.

Can I just throw another name into the hat for success. A local lad to me, Simon Dyson. He's already won a couple of euro tour events and I think he has the temprement for bigger things
