Testing in Barcelona - Day 4Formula One by Maverick (U8559356) 17 April 2008 The day has started grey and gloomy in Barcelona and the first rain has started to fall. It's an opportunity to test wet setups but the teams were probably hoping for the dry weather of earlier in the week. The bonus for us is that it might keep the teams off the slicks making comparisons a bit easier (fuel loads aside.) Weather Forecast: Heavy showers with sunny spells. Temperatures reaching 15°C with moderate breezesBBC Weather Today's Line-Up:McLaren: Kovalainen Renault: Piquet Ferrari: Raikkonen Honda: Button BMW: Kubica Toyota: Trulli RedBull: Webber Williams: Nakajima Toro Rosso: Vettel (to be confirmed) Detailed Coverage in Original Spanish: www.motor21.com/noticia.asp?... Maverick (U8559356) posted Apr 17, 2008 kimster3, not with the updates they haven't. I'm not talking about learning the circuit, rather the circuit-car combination. Presuming the teams are testing updates that they intend to use at the Grand Prix then others are way ahead in terms in understanding how their car will behave and will probably already have their set-ups sorted. Not so Kimi and Heikki...

MercThrasher (U9868618) posted Apr 17, 2008 Blueback: I've raced, admittedly 'only' motorcycles, and my 'expectation management' was the same as any other racer. At the start, you're gonna win. As the race develops, reality sets in and you're gonna pass the bloke in front. And so it goes until, like me, you come fourth once in your life, after spending the equivalent of about three years salary for a season, chuffed as a pig in whatever a pig's chuffed in. Hamilton/Rossi I ain't, but there's not a lot of difference. I remember with a smile St. Rossi's remarks to a particularly dumb reporter's question about race strategy a few years back. He said, roughly: 'I go go quick and I pass the guy in front. Then I go quicker, pass a few other guys. Then I am in front, I go even quicker, then I win. Is a race, no?'

Well in F1 its not so easy to get those points. But he said that think that he will be podium in last 17 races? do he has cristall ball? After those comments he said that "we saw how Kimi game from back last year so it can happnes"
