Beating Roma with...

comment on the article

To be beating Roma with no Vidic, Evra, Ronaldo, Rooney, Nani and Scholes isnt half bad. This is a Roma team that includes players like Vucinic, Giuly, Mancini, Juan, De Rossi, Mexes and Perrotta.
Not only a very good first XI but it proves we have the players in reserve.
Well done lads!

now fairenough no-one can doubt the class in the barca team, its full of stars, but there in lies the problem, its full of individuals. Collectively as a team they seem disjoined and full of ego's. You look at united's team as its all for one and one for all, and even the stars Rooney, ronaldo, tevez work there socks off, aswell as producing breathtaking moments of brilliance.
I feel our key has been our defense aswell, the backbone to glory, we have the best centre back pairing in european football and with both of them playing, anyteam can be shutout. The tingly feeling that i got in 1999 is beginning to work its magic.

Barca seem to have gone the way of Real Madrid a few years ago. In 2005 Barca wer likely the best team in Europe they had good players and played as a team and won trophies.. seems as though they have lost their team mentality. Ronaldihno, Deco etc they seem to be unhappy at the club and the mannager is clearly not having a good time.

Its possible that some of the players have got too big much like the Madrid players did. They dont want to go to training, they wana have parties nd there seems to be a rift within Barca at the moment, possibly due to their success. The seem a team in decline almost and i can see big changes at Barca in the summer with Ronaldihno likely leaving the club. If i remember tho wasnt Eto'o very close to leaving last season?? So this is clearly a problem that has existed within Barca for 1 or 2 years.

I Love Manchester United with my heart. Those boys are good. I work in an office where by many people wonder how a woman can love football as i do. My pc has wallpapers and screen savers of man-utd. I believe if Sir, Alex Ferguson Reads this, he can give me a medal of coming to Old trafford to watch my men play. well for Barca, all Man-Utd need to brush up is their speed in running after the ball. The striking force is ok, Go Alex ferguson go and forge ahead. thanks CAROLINE MWIA - FROM MOMBASA KENYA
