Pienaar Situation

Premier League Everton

According to reports this morning, we still haven't reached an agreement with Dortmund for Pienaar, and if we haven't in the next couple of days he will look for another club. Surely at 2.2m this is one of the bargains of the century for a player with his quality, and we need to act quickly to secure his signature. The price is only 2.2m until 30th April, so I've heard, it will surely go up then because of the season he has had.

Pienaar is a steal at 2 million. He might not be in the same class as some others, but he is a good player, likes to attack, has quick feet and a good pass.

His main downside is he is sometimes nudged off the ball a little too easily, but this will come with experience and age.

Great buy, definately a bargain.

definitely the bargain of the season.

ok he might not be the best player in the team but we need experienced squad players if we are to continue to improve. Pienaar certainly falls into that category.

Nice signing, he's one of the midget gems now, welcome aboard I say, he can take a better corner than Arteta and he's good all across midfield.
If we come fifth I think he'll shine next season in Uefa (against AC Milan in the Final of course!!)
COYB!

hiffuk: Only a couple of stupid results cost us from taking it to the wire. i.e. the Fulham and Birmingham results.

we have also improved on 2 season ago when we finished in 4th by having more points. and given we have had Cahill out for almost half the season and arteta out for the past month it hasn't been a bad season. Therefore i think he will help us push for future Champions League places or at the very least UEFA Cup.

I can't believe you got him for so cheap, what a brilliant signing, and a hell of a bargin.
But surley he'll want Champions League football so enough.

Ulstermax, I hope for your sake you are on a wind-up looking for a reaction, otherwise you know NOTHING about football. Pienaar has been class this season, and his strengthening of the team has played a large part in why we have been sitting around 5th position for the best part of the season. As opposed to a good run of form towards the end like last season. Very relieved to have completed the signing, especially since Manny has failed to impress in this loan spell.

ULSTERMAX he may not be strong-but he makes up with it in the skills department. You have obviously been watching too much preston if you think hes that sorta championship rubbish standard. It's a league above and called the Barclays Premiership, where you will find class.

But back to the issue. Two world class wingers for a combined 4 mill. Magic mikel and now stevie-moyesinho/moyesiah-he is a class act whatever you want to call him
