SwamyCricketAnanda (U5959555) posted Apr 10, 2008 It is quite clear that England is the 3rd World when it comes to cricket. Asian countries have the riches both in players as well as money; while even the county system in England is dependant on imported stuff for its sustenance. No wonder England players want to play in the IPL where there is money and talent aplenty.
