What you should do is maybe wake up, there is no way a player like Ronaldinho is going to Man city not at the age of 28, maybe when he is 33-34 and his career is winding down but at the moment he is in peak condition (when not injured) and he will want to play for the worlds best clubs.

He would never hack it in the Premiership, a few years ago before he won the champions league he had everything to his game, now he has got lazy (whats left for him to win) and much of his magic is lethargic
