Ronaldinho and Crouch... AGAIN ?!?!

Manchester City
comment on the article

More rumours and speculation once again see us being linked with these two players. Do we want them in out side?

Personally, I don't want them in our side. If Crouch comes into the team, I fear that we will start playing the "long ball" game. If Ronaldinho comes then I think we will be overcharged for his talent, especially with AC Milan apparently bidding for him as well.

The other problem I have with Ronaldinho is that he is not a premiership proven player. It is one thing playing in Serie A and La Liga, but if he came to the premiership, he would most likely be clogged out of game like we have seen with Elano.

Thoughts ?

Are all Premiership fans unaware what is happening in Barcelona with regard to Ronnie? Apparently he trains infrequently and only when he wants to. He claims to have an injury which the medical team can't find. Twelve months ago I would have had R. for NUFC. Not now!! The man, sadly, has become a joke and any team would be mental to sign him. Now if Messi would like to come to the NE that would a different matter!

The Ronaldinho signing just stinks of publiscity stunt. I don't think many people will be blind to the fact they're signing him for the name rather than the player himself just to boost the clubs reputation.

Oh please, Ronaldinho for Man City!

Nadinho is short for Ronaldinho

Ronaldinho would never play for Sven City

Surely he wouldn't sign for City? Why would he go to a club not in europe? I bet if he does it will be just for a year - get his form back and he'll be off to Chelsea or Milan for double the price. I'd certainly have him in the Chelsea team if we had a manager that could motivate him. Seems he just knows how good he is and has got lazy. Similar to a few players at Chelsea!
