Heineken Cup tittle-tattle

European
comment on the article

Two Heineken Cup semi-finals today - Saracens playing host to Wales...sorry, Ospreys...and Cardiff Blues visiting French giants Toulouse.

Ospreys thumped Sarries 30-3 in the EDF semi-final last month and, with so many of Wales's Grand Slam stars in their line-up, are favourites to beat them again. Will Saracens upset the odds, or will Shane Williams, Ryan Jones and Co rumble onwards?

Toulouse, who lead the Top 14 in France, will provide formidable opposition for Cardiff, who are third in the Magners League. Cardiff are chasing only the sixth win by a Welsh side in France in the Heineken Cup - have they got what it takes to succeed?

I'm doing the live coverage this afternoon, so send in your comments before, during and after the matches and we can all have some gentle disagreements.

I live in the middle of nowhere mate, Pomeroy would be my closest town. Yourself? I think it's got to be Munster's to lose now, they were very impressive yesterday. A Munster - London Irish final would be nice, think it'll be Toulose - Munster though

If Toulouse win, I'll have got all me predictions right - not that I want a medal! That being said, I'd prefer to see Cardiff go through.

Tyrone-Villan wrote "It shows how poor the 6 Nations was this year that the majority of those Ospreys managed to win a Grand Slam yet couldn't beat an uninspiring Sarracens side"

What a pathetic comment. Sarracens were dominent in the defence and showed more ambition to win the game, it is as simple as that. Every team have their good and bad days. Your comments are trying to demote the achievement of Wales's grand slam and the quality of Rugby that the tournament brings. No doubt it would have been a great 6N had England won the GS, pathetic!

I can't get the audio to work either - or is it broadcasting that message because it is half time? Can someone at the BBC look in to this? Its a bit unprofessional to have a link to audio at the top of the page, then the audio tells me I can't listen, even though I'm in the UK. And you have a go at T5 for ineptitude.....

A blind man could see how poor the quality of Rugby in 6N was this year Howell. France forgot how to scrum, Ireland had no confidence, England were lifeless and Scotland and Italy were poor as always. Wales took advantage but it was a poor Welsh team. And being Irish I wouldn't have changed my mind if England had won the Grand Slam
