So then the quarter final weekend is here1 What do we think will happen, will LI hold out against Perpignan. Will the shed be silenced by the red army. Can the Blues pull off the win of all wins and can the Ospreys live up to the hype?
well this is what I think will happen!

LI 26 - 12 PER
I have a feeling that Irish will win this one. The deciding factor here could be the home advantage, and I for one think it will be. I can see Irish holding out with a couple of tries to go with it. Perpignan’s lack of creativity will count against them on such a dry weekend.

Glouce 20 - 26 Munster
I can see this one going the way of Munster, they have been there done it and got the t-shirt several times over. The decline in the form of Glouce in recent weeks will prove crucial. This game cam 2months to late for Glouce me think.

Sarries 14 - 25 Ospreys

I think the narrow pitch and the wake up call of the EDF will ensure that the O's don’t get it all their own way. I can see the Sarries taking the lead in this one but the O's too get their act together and claw out a win in the end.

Toulouse 27 - 35 Blues
Well I have a feeling this will be a classic, the game of the weekend played in bathing sunlight. Something tells me that the blues will put in a performance of their lives and even though all evidence proves to the contrary I have a sneaky feeling it will be the blues who prevail.

............

well that's 2 games down and 2 predictions correct (well the result anyway)

there is an aura of inevitability possibly about these predictions, lol

I think Ospreys and Toulose will win the two games today...
as for Gloucster they aren't playing as a squad but more as individuals; their back line is probably one of the best in Europe but like yesterday it just didn't work. They also need some new forwards because the team has been what it used to be since their match against Bath just before Christmas. But credit to Munster (espicially their back 3 ) who played well. smiley

Ha Blues Brother- how wrong can you be!!!!!
Well played Sarries, brilliant match. Unlucky, glos. How different the match would have benn if Paterson was having a normal day with the boot. O well, Munster played well.
Hate to say this, but all you welsh fans can have a bit of Humble Pie. Ospreys were smaked the entire game by sarries.

Congratulations Munster, well deserved win. Showed (along with Sarries) how a well organised team with tactical nouse always seem to get one over on purely flair and creativity. Solid performance. Oh and i hope all the Munster lot enjoyed their day out at Kingsholm. As for Glaws, with another shambolic foward display im seriously doubting our ability to win the GP this year, or even finish top 4 at the moment. Although we showed a lot more heart and pride on Sat than we have for a while. And don't get me started on Paterson...

Also well done Irish and Sarries for good wins. As much as id like to see one of those teams go to the final i can't help thinking it'll be a (cracking) Toulouse/Munster final.

Ryan has stated that he feels he can take a lot of positive things from the loss to Munster - I hope he's kidding and actually starts to lay it on the line to some of the players. A home turf loss and not even much of a threat to Munster throughout - Glaws were poor
