it doesnt matter how walter smith gets his team
to play in the SPL. he has vastly superior quality players and money than everyone in the league other than celtic. Which is why they win practically every week as do celtic more often than not. you'd think he'd try and play some attacking football now and again. that game bored me to tears.

The guy is absoloutly right; pay to watch such negativity, he was found out at Everton.
Sad to watch and i for one don"t want rangers to be such a sad side to watch, winning is great but with a bit of style is even better. Bigfoot, Mculloooch, Weir, and other noteable balloons are not in Rangers class. But with no money play the kids i say,whats the deal with GOW bye the way

Actually it is obvious that Celtic are the best team in Scotland based on the past three years which is the standard that UEFA and FIFA use when calculating co-efficients etc. Also they are the richest club in Scotland and have the biggest fan base of any Scottish Club in the world. Enough said.

Walter Smith said at the start of the season we would be lucky to maintain a challenge in the league or have a run in Europe after he seen what he had inherited.

It's a makeshift team - practically a blank canvas. I'm a little bit sick of the snidey remarks about Walter's pedigree - you didn't moan when his team got humped by France and still won 1-0.

Neh, try and get a grip..I can't tell you how good it feels to be a bear this year. This is the Quarter Final of a prestigious European tournament. The man's perfect for Rangers.

Italy won the World Cup - and i hate the way they play aswell...

Although i dont agree with some of walter smiths choices, his tactics are spot on for the way rangers are at the moment.When le guen took over rangers he tried to be atticking minded and lost all perspective on deffensive play so the natural thing for walter to do when he arrived waas to start from scratch, stop the goals going in the concentrate on the striking factor when the defence is strong enuf to cope with european attackers aswell as scottish attacking, for me, if walter gets the defence into shape then he can concentrate on the goals

I`m a celtic fan ano it has worked this season but a think the 4-1-4-1 is going to backfire anytime soon on rangers andthey have the squad to play 4-4-2
